1.FRP Manhole Covers

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) manhole covers are an innovative alternative to traditional cast iron covers, offering superior strength, durability, and lightweight design. FRP manhole covers are highly resistant to corrosion, wear, and tear, making them ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions, such as coastal areas or chemical plants.

Compared to cast iron covers, FRP covers are significantly lighter in weight, making them easier to install and transport. Additionally, FRP covers offer a higher load-bearing capacity, allowing them to withstand heavier loads and traffic volumes.

2. FRP Overhead cover

An FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) overhead tank cover is a type of cover that is used to protect and seal the top of an overhead water tank made of FRP material. These covers are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings to prevent debris, insects, and other contaminants from entering the water stored in the tank.

FRP tank covers are lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion, making them an ideal choice for outdoor installations. They are also easy to install and maintain, and can be customized to fit the specific size and shape of the tank. When selecting an FRP overhead tank cover, it is important to ensure that it is designed to fit the particular model and size of the tank.

3.FRP Water Gully Cover

WGC, or Water Gully Cover, is an important component of urban infrastructure that is used to cover and protect drainage channels and manholes. It is designed to prevent unwanted debris and objects from entering the drainage system and causing blockages or flooding. WGCs are typically made of strong and durable materials such as cast iron or concrete, which provide a long-lasting and reliable solution for managing urban water systems.

4.FRP MOLDED GRATINGS

FRP gratings, in particular, are known for their excellent strength-to-weight ratio. They can be designed to withstand heavy loads, including vehicular traffic, while still being lighter than steel gratings. This makes FRP gratings an attractive option for applications where weight is a concern, such as in offshore oil rigs, chemical processing plants, and wastewater treatment facilities. Additionally, FRP composites are highly resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for use in harsh environments. They are also non-conductive, which makes them a safe choice for use in electrical and electronic applications.

5.FRP Pultruded Grating

FRP pultruded grating is a type of reinforced grating made from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite materials. The grating is made by pulling fibers and strands through a resin bath and then into a heated die, resulting in a high-strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant product. FRP pultruded grating has several advantages over traditional metal gratings, such as greater durability, resistance to corrosion and UV light, and ease of installation. The grating is also non-conductive, which makes it ideal for use in areas with high-voltage electrical equipment.

6. FRP Louvers

FRP louvers are ventilation components made from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite materials. They are used to provide natural air circulation and improve indoor air quality in buildings, while also protecting the building from the external environment. FRP louvers are highly resistant to corrosion, weathering, and chemical exposure, making them ideal for use in harsh outdoor conditions. They are also lightweight and easy to install, which reduces installation costs and makes them a popular choice for new construction and retrofit projects.

7. FRP Angle, Channel, Poles

FRP angles, channels, and poles are structural components made from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite materials. They are lightweight, high-strength, and resistant to corrosion, making them a cost-effective and reliable alternative to traditional metal or wood components.

FRP angles and channels are commonly used in construction applications, such as framing and supports, due to their strength and durability. They are also used in electrical and telecommunications applications due to their non-conductive properties.

FRP poles are commonly used in power transmission and distribution applications, as they are lightweight and have excellent electrical insulation properties. They are also resistant to weathering, making them a suitable choice for outdoor applications.

8. FRP Recess Covers

FRP recess covers are a type of access cover made from Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite materials. They are designed to cover recessed areas in floors or walls, providing easy access to utility services, such as plumbing or electrical systems.

FRP recess covers are lightweight, yet strong and durable, making them an ideal choice for applications where traditional metal covers are unsuitable due to weight or corrosion issues. They are also resistant to chemicals and UV light, making them a suitable choice for use in harsh environments.
